Reciting the Scouts Promise

This was my investiture as Scout, which took place in 1966 - I was 11.

Ray Fava was my PL. Oswald was Troop Leader Mr Jordan, an RAF officer was our GSL

This is Patrick's Investiture

Cdr. Wyler was the chap who at a St. George's day parade stood up and told us how to tuck our shirts into our shorts and straighten out the creases by pulling all the folds to the side so that they lie under your arms, something I still do today!!
