These two images are of a Scout Progress Book, which I think followed the card versions shown below. These came together with the modern badge designs at the time, signifying a re-vamp in Scouting Uniforms and systems etc. This was a passport sized booklet which we were all supposed to have. As in the example above, the printed details are similar, but as you can see this is Manuel's Card. Manuel Promised he would send this when we met for the 100th Anniv. celebration. He kept his 'promise'.

WOLF-CUB ENROLMENT CARD
Patrick's Wolf Cub enrolment card - His enrolment date in 1963, and a pretty young Cub in those days at 8 1/2 years, puts him close behind Peter and Oswald in length of service! - A Scout Salute to Ozzie, Pete and Pat !
Similarly, Andre's Card dated 1964 in Bro Mark's distinctive handwriting.
